Full Tilt Poker will be hosting a $200+$100 charity tournament. This tournament will take place to raise the funds for Ms. Doan who is suffering from cancer. Ms. Doan has paid most of her medial expenses and now she requires a prosthetic leg. The poker community has decided to lend her a helping hand.
One hundred percent of the rake in $200+$100 event will be going for Ms. Doan’s operating expenses. Ms. Doan made an appearance at one of the poker shows where she told Mr. Sebok and host Mr. Huff that she is quite excited to make a come back into poker. Recently, Ms. Doan left leg was surgically removed.
Mr. Robl said that he’d give his entire winnings to help Ms. Doan if he were to cash in this fundraising tournament. He said that these poker tournaments really play an important role in raising money for charity. He has played in various live events organized by GreasieWheels. Just in case, Full Tilt Poker is not able to generate $15,000 then Victory Poker has volunteered to donate the remaining amount.
Ms. Doan is loved by everybody in the industry. Mr. Robl said that she used to participate every year in WSOP. He added that they have some mutual friends in poker. Last year during the series, she lived with two of his friends and every year she was seen in Las Vegas. Ms. Doan is currently living with her mother in Virginia.
